 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover a head of cylinders.
2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the CMP sensor, a sealing ring and an adjusting washer.

Installation and adjustment

Failure to follow the procedure of adjustment of a gap of the new CMP sensor can lead to an exit it out of operation!


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At installation to the place of the old sensor act as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - do not forget to replace a sealing ring.
2. At installation of the new sensor establish a sealing ring, install the sensor, then turn a bent shaft so that the segment of an asterisk of the camshaft appeared opposite to the sensor.
3. By means of the probe of lezviyny type measure gap size between the sensor and a segment of an asterisk. The required size of a gap makes 0.4-0.6 mm. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment by selection of a new adjusting washer, - washers are issued in the range of thickness from 0.1 to 1.0 mm with a step to 0.1 mm.
4. Having finished adjustment, tighten bolts of fastening of the sensor with the required effort.
