PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn off a support of the engine (19).
2. Turn off an arm (10) of fastening of system of release and a bracket (11).
3. Turn off a heat-shielding guard (5).
4. Unscrew the forward driveshaft (71).
5. Disconnect system of release (60) from a back point of asperges.
6. Turn off a shaft of a speedometer (9) or the inductive sensor (85a).
7. Turn off a nut (88).
8. Remove a flange (87).
9. Disconnect a back cover of the transmission (82).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn off bolts (66) and remove a shaft (67).
2. Remove the lever (61), a fork (59) and the coupling (58). Take the coupling (58), a fork (59) from the lever (61) and remove a tension spring (69).
3. Take the needle bearing (81) from a cover. 4. Vypressuyte radial epiploon (86).

Assembly and installation

Install a fork (59) on the coupling (58) so that the milled surface of a fork (59) was located from above (arrow)

Assembly and installation are made as it should be, the return to removal and dismantling. Install a fork (59) on the coupling (58) so that the milled surface of a fork (59) was located from above.

The tension spring (69) has to be established on a lever cuff

At installation send the gear shifting lever to a fork of the 5th transfer and transfer of a backing (shooter). Turn the switching plugs and push them into grooves of the case of the synchronizer (56).
