Removal and installation of the lower spherical support



1. Remove a forward wheel.
2. Turn out the lock screw screwed in a brake board. Give an axial nut (7a) of the basic hinge of a spherical support.
3. Screw on an axis of the basic hinge of a spherical support a persistent element (044b), delay outside a brake disk with a board and by means of a stripper (044) No. 140 589 09 33 00 separate the basic hinge from a rotary fist.
4. Turn out a hinge nut from the lever.
5. Working in a similar manner, release a spherical support from the suspension bracket lever.
6. In case of need smooth out conical elements of hinged assembly.
7. Estimate a condition of a protective cover (7f) and wire collars (7d and 7h) its fastenings. In case of need make necessary recovery repair, or replace the failed components / hinged assembly.


Installation is made upside-down.

Tighten самоконтрящиеся nuts of fastening of a support with the required effort (to a rotary fist: 140 Nanometers, to the lever: 100 Nanometers). The lock screw on a brake board tighten with effort 22 Nanometers, on a brake disk – with effort of 10 Nanometers.
