Replacement of the top cross lever

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Separate a rotary fist (5) from the top lever (6), - in case of need use a stripper No. 140 589 02 31 00. Try not to allow tension of a brake hose and an electrical wiring.
2. Turn out nuts (6b) of fastening of the holder of bearing axial assembly (6a) to a frame.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At installation act as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
2. Having installed the lever on a frame, tighten nuts of fastening of an axial part with effort of 50 Nanometers, then weaken axial самоконтрящуюся a nut (6e) and adjust position of the lever so that the distance And appeared equal 63 mm. Tighten самоконтрящуюся a nut with effort of 120 Nanometers.
3. Самоконтрящуюся a nut of fastening of the lever to a rotary fist tighten 125 Nanometers with effort.
