PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the returnable pipeline (T) from the tank (2).
2. Attach a returnable tube to one end of the returnable pipeline, and place other end in the measured tank.
3. Start the engine and establish idling turns.
4. Check giving of the pump. Giving of the pump of 0.2 l/min.
5. Kill the engine.
6. Attach the returnable pipeline (T) to the tank (2).
7. Merge liquid from system.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Attach a tester to the control unit (3).
2. Fill the tank (2) with liquid.
3. Start the engine and establish idling turns.
4. Install the lever (3a) of the control unit in situation "filling" - F.
5. Check the forcing pump pressure. As pressure considerable, you carry out the test quickly. The valve of the control unit limits to Perepuskna the forcing pump pressure. Perepuskna the valve when opening publishes whistle. If pressure of opening of the perepuskny valve is lower than demanded, replace the pump. If pressure of opening of the perepuskny valve is higher - check the back control unit of a suspension bracket. Pressure of opening of the perepuskny valve of 120-153 bars.
