Check and adjustment of control position of camshafts

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the piston of the first cylinder in situation 45 ° before VMT.
2. Block camshafts through openings in covers of the first bearings by means of four cores (1) with a diameter of 6.5 mm.

Adjustment (situation 45 ° before VMT)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the top sliding lever (2a).
2. Remove a natyazhitel of a chain of the GRM drive.
3. Turn camshafts in the direction of rotation of the engine, since the right final camshaft (1). Begin adjustment with the left final camshaft (4), the weakened part of a chain (arrow) near a natyazhitel has to move rotation of camshafts (1), (2) and (3).
4. Install the left final camshaft in control situation with the help of a key (3). Establish a GRM drive chain on an asterisk and block the camshaft a core.
5. Install the left inlet camshaft in control situation with the help of a key (3). Establish a GRM drive chain on an asterisk and block the camshaft a core. The camshaft is in situation "lags".
6. Install the right inlet camshaft in control situation with the help of a key (3). Establish a GRM drive chain on an asterisk and block the camshaft a core (1). The camshaft is in situation "lags".
7. Install the right final camshaft in control situation with the help of a key (3). Establish a GRM drive chain on an asterisk and block the camshaft a core (1).
8. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.
