Removal and installation of the engine


Removal of pump assembly

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. On models with the conditioner: attach a protective plate to the conditioner condenser. Disconnect oil pipelines from the oil heater.
3. Turn off collars of fastening of oil pipelines to a body.
4. Take off a conditioner compressor drive belt.
5. Pump out liquid from the tank of the amplifier of steering by means of the pump.
6. Disconnect the conditioner compressor from the engine. For this purpose turn off bolts (35) and nuts of fastenings of pipelines. Fix the compressor sideways in the lower part of a motive compartment with the attached pipelines.
7. Unscrew the returnable and forcing pipelines from the pump of the amplifier of steering and the double pump of high pressure.
8. Unscrew the forcing pipeline from the pump (1), turn off bolts of M8 (3) of fastening of the pump to an arm (2) and disconnect the forcing pipeline from clamps.
9. Open a cover of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank for pressure decrease in a power supply system. Turn off fuel-supply lines.
10. Disconnect a driving cable (30) from the control lever (5). For this purpose squeeze a plastic clip (28).
11. Disconnect branch pipes of a heater and vacuum tubes in a motive compartment. On models with AT: disconnect a vacuum tube from the 2-channel valve.
12. Uncover (3), open the cable pipeline (1) and disconnect it on the right side.
13. Disconnect sockets (X26/17) and (X16/1x1) of conducting of the engine. Press a doggie and turn it under 90 ° to the left to disconnect the socket (X16/1x1).
14. Disconnect the socket from the sensor of provision of a bent shaft (L5), from the control unit (V), sensors of a detonation (A16) and disconnect vacuum tubes.
15. Disconnect the soaking-up tube of system of catching of vapors of gasoline from an adapter in a wheel arch of the left wheel.
16. Disconnect the diagnostic socket (X11), disconnect the conducting socket from the VMT sensor from the back diagnostic socket.
17. Turn off a wire (X27) from a starter and a wire of a chain 30 (X4/10) in front on the right in the lower part of a partition of a motive compartment.
18. Disconnect the driveshaft, having turned off fastening bolts.
19. Weaken bolts of fastening of a support of the intermediate bearing of the driveshaft, but do not remove it.
20. Weaken a driveshaft nut. Move back the driveshaft as far as it is possible.
21. On models with AT to a vypressuyta lock levers also disconnect drafts of gear shifting from the gear shifting lever. Disconnect the hydraulic pipeline (shooter) of the working cylinder of coupling from an adapter.
22. On models with AT weaken fixing collars (23) and turn off a cable (6) from the valve of inclusion of the lowering transfer (61) or remove it.
23. Turn off a connection wire on "weight" from transmission.
24. Remove the socket from the switch of blocking of a starter (8). The socket of the switch of blocking of a starter is fixed by a white plastic ring (shooter). Before removal of the socket the blocking ring has to be lifted and turned in the direction of an arrow up. Disconnect draft (9) from the lever to the gear shifting selector.
25. By means of two screw-drivers to a vypressuyta an adapter (8) from a cable.
26. Disconnect the conducting socket from the valve of protection of transmission against an overload.
27. Attach the elevator to engine eyes. Adjust raising of the engine so that the engine could be crushed horizontally. Lift the engine by means of a jack.
28. Turn off a back arm of fastening of the engine without support. Turn off bolts (1).
29. Turn off bolts (2) arms (3) transmissions.
30. Turn off bolts of an of fastening of the left and right support of the engine.
31. Lift the engine with the transmission and take them from a motive compartment.
32. In case of need remove a back support.


Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal. Adjust AT cables, oil level in the engine and the transmission.
