Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge cooling liquid and disconnect cooling branch pipes from a head of the block of cylinders. 2. Bring the piston of the first cylinder into the provision of VMT of the end of a step of compression. 3. Remove a forward top cover. 4. Mark the provision of asterisks of camshafts concerning a chain of the GRM drive (arrow). 5. Take a finger of the directing lever or the sliding lever by means of a stripper. 6. Unscrew camshaft regulator fittings. 7. Remove a GRM drive chain from asterisks of camshafts. 8. Disconnect conducting of the engine. For this purpose weaken all coupling tapes and disconnect all sockets of conducting. 9. Disconnect draft of a tempostat. 10. Disconnect the socket of conducting (X25/17) and the socket of conducting (X16/1x1) from the electronic drive of an accelerator, press a doggie and turn it on 90 °. 11. Disconnect vacuum tubes from the inlet pipeline. 12. Turn off bolts of fastening of system of release to a flange of a final collector. 13. Disconnect a tube of the backpressure valve from a tube of admixture of air in an exhaust (shooter) and turn off an arm (1). 14. Turn off an arm of the directing pipe of the index of level of oil and an arm of the inlet pipeline. 15. Disconnect a tube (43) from an arm (17) on the block the cylinder. 16. Slowly open a cover of a jellied mouth of the fuel tank for pressure decrease in a power supply system. Turn off fuel-supply lines. 17. On models with AT: turn off the directing pipe of the index of level of oil from a back part of a head of the block of cylinders. 18. Disconnect a driving cable (30) from the control lever (9). For this purpose squeeze a plastic clip (28). 19. Weaken coupling tapes of fastening of branch pipes of the cooling system to the cooling system pump. Pick up the returnable phone. 20. Weaken bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders as it should be, the return shown on an illustration. At the same time the engine has to be cold. 21. Uncover bearings No. No. 9 and 13. Establish lifting eyes and remove a head of the block of cylinders from the engine. 22. Wipe contact surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders. Replace laying of a head of the block of cylinders.
