Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove an epiploon (56) from a back cover of the transmission (82).

2. Remove a kosozuby gear wheel of the drive of a speedometer (38) and laying (38a) from a back cover of the transmission (82).

3. Take a cover (85) by means of a drift. Remove a gear wheel of a speedometer (84) from a back cover of the transmission (82).

4. Remove a radial epiploon (83) from a back cover of the transmission (82). For simplification of its removal, screw M12 bolt in a radial epiploon and fix a bolt head in a vice.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Press an epiploon against the stop.
2. Establish a gear wheel of a speedometer (84) in a back cover of the transmission (82). Establish a cover (shooter) by means of a drift so that the gap between a gear wheel and a back cover of the transmission was equal to 0.5 mm.
3. Insert a kosozuby gear wheel of the drive of a speedometer (38) a facet towards the roller plug (shooter) and press laying (38a) in a back cover of the transmission (62). 4. Further installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a radial epiploon (56) from a back cover of the transmission (82).
2. Remove laying (38a), a rotor (38b) and the plug (38c) from a back cover of the transmission (82).
3. By means of a drift beat out a cover (02b) of the inductive sensor from a transmission cover.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully press a cover (82b) of the inductive sensor and a new sealing ring in a transmission cover by means of a drift.
2. Further installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.
